“We had a nice stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient. One minor thing that we only got amenities for two people but we were three. But housekeeping delivered the missing amenities after we called. Staff were super friendly . They let us check in early too which was very courteous. Our room was water facing but there was a service balcony outside our window where workers were walking around so not a really great view. Overall a very nice stay!”

“Situated right on lake Ontario, we had a picturesque view from our room. The king suite was huge! The mattress was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower the rejuvenating. We didn't use the amenities so I can't comment. Breakfast was included and it was very good. Loads of options to satisfy anyone. The best was that they changed the breakfast buffet from one day to the next so we enjoyed variety as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was very quick. We will...

“Very clean. Had a portable crib that was provided for free. Excellent location. The only complain is that the AC was quite noisy, so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. ”

“Beautifully renovated. Clean rooms with amazing smells throughout. Only downside is they do not serve a regular breakfast it’s more of a continental for a very high price, but you can walk to restaurants very close by and make delicious breakfast. ”

“Perfect location near downtown but quiet, wonderful inn, comfy bed, impeccable room and service. My only complain is not having individual control for air conditioning in each room but this is a minor thing. Highly recommended!!! ”
